I don’t pretend to understand. Who can truly understand what we are faced with today?

What is my stance? Since I cannot even wrap my mind of all the ways of God, I certainly cannot fully understand the ways of this world and the things within it. So, how should I live this life as I see it today? How should I make decisions for my future and the future of my family?

We all have our own place in this world, and we all have to answer to God for the ways we have lived our life. One thing we can surely count on is that since we are all uniquely created by God, we also have a uniquely created purpose. None of us will walk the same path. But don’t let this confuse you that Jesus is the ONLY pathway to God. We just all have different purposes. We all have a different life to walk.

Some may believe that we all should live the same, but I completely disagree. Follow the will of our Heavenly Father and obey his Word? Absolutely. Just as Paul in the New Testament was called to preach in certain places, so are we called to different areas of this world using the gifts that God has given us.

Like alot of people, I have also struggled with the meaning of this life as it is today. There are so many willing to step out and declare others to be fearful and that this is why they comply with health guidelines. There are some that choose to blame a system or even others for the state of this world as it is. Then there are some who take no stance at all and live as if nothing ever changed. I have a different perspective.

Could it be that some people are being hidden in an ark of sorts while God deals with the rest of the world, similar to when Noah and his family were told to build an ark to save them from the floods?

Could it be that God’s people have been told to place a spiritual hedge around their homes while the death angel makes its way through the land, just like when God brought plagues upon the Egyptians when Moses demanded that Pharoah free the Israelits from their many years of slavery?

What about the remnant that Revelation speaks of when God sends his people out into the wilderness to protect them from the antichrist?

So many people in this world have an influence leading others astray that reaps a negative consequence with God. The spirit of the the antichrist is within them.

When I begged God to help me understand why we must stay away from others and why others get to go out and not us, these are the things that he reminded me of. I do not believe that this is something that is only for me. I do believe that this is for all true believers. What signs point out to you that maybe you should be set apart from the rest of the world? What does that look like for you? Are you doing what God says or are you doing what feels like your right.

God never told us that life would be easy, but maybe life could be easier if we just take a moment to listen to God. Could it be that God is trying to reveal to you the answer, but you are distracted by the thought of your rights being taken away?

If you are a child of God, then you are no longer citizens of this world but citizens of heaven. If you moved to another country, you cannot expect to have the same rights as the other country. Why would you demand the rights of this land when your rights in heaven are so much greater. Who is the king of all of Heaven? Jesus! He is the One we should be talking to about what we are to be doing.

While you are spending time defending your rights on earth, you could be missing something that God has for you. You could be missing a message. Could that message be that you should stop what you are doing and step into that ark of protection while the storms rage just outside. And while we await the storm to cease, should we not kneel in prayer awaiting the dove to reveal to us the right time to step out?

As we all have our own purpose, consider these things. Are you sure that you are acting within the will of God, or are you simply distracted by the storm and carried away by its storm surge.
