Lord, help me to enjoy my faith

A prayer….

Father, there is no doubt that it is you that gave me the gift of faith. The measure of my faith is a reflection of the gift of giving me the amount of faith that I not only can handle but also the faith I can feel reflecting the presence of your spirit.

It is through your spirit, Lord, that I feel your understanding that I can only somewhat articulate. You are Majesty, and with you are all things wonderful, exciting and wonderfully created for us to enjoy. You are the Most of all things that we are ever to see as we contemplate your beauty. You are beautiful, Lord, and wonderfully existenant within our existence. Lord, only you know the depths of our hearts and know what kind of faith we need in these days.

You, Lord, are the Almighty and powerful above all things. When we recognize these things and fall at your feet, all things fall before us, fore they know that we are adopted sons and daughters of the Most High God.

Lord, if only my words could be enough to create a word picture great enough for someone who doesn’t know you to understand. Oh, how wonderful you are.

You hold my heart. You are the love of my life. You are forever. You are more than I could ever ask for. You are my faith, and you help me to enjoy every monument of faith that I am given.

Lord, Jesus, it is you that is after my heart, but I thought it was me after yours. You have been so good to me that there are no words to describe it. You are a light unto my feet and a lamp unto my path. How could I ever be persuaded to be against you. With such love, you are my all. You are my forever. You are my Saviour. Thank you, Jesus.

Dear friends, it is my prayer that this prayer will be yours as well.

Go forth and be blessed my friends.
